Meet Steph – Yoga Teacher, Registered Dietitian, and Wellness Guide
Steph is a Registered Dietitian, certified yoga teacher (RYT-200), and the founder of Fit & Fed by Steph, where she blends balanced nutrition, movement, and mindfulness to help women feel healthy, confident, and at home in their bodies. Outside the studio, she supports clients through private coaching and her online membership, offering recipes, movement, and lifestyle tools for real-life wellness — with less stress and more ease.
Her yoga journey began in 2012, when she discovered the power of the practice in helping her feel grounded, connected, and at peace within herself. After returning to a regular practice in 2022, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2025. Yoga has helped Steph soften, slow down, and build a truly compassionate relationship with herself — and she loves helping others experience that too. Her classes are rooted in presence, play, and permission to show up just as you are.
When she’s not on the mat, you can find Steph soaking up the little things — sunshine, books, nature walks, taking care of her plants, and spending time with her cat & dog (her favorite coworkers) and her human loved ones.
