Private Classes offer you the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns, and goals instead of following along with the Yoga teacher in a class setting. A private session allows you to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength, and stress or anxiety relief.

With private yoga lessons, we will develop a personalized instruction plan based on your goals and needs. Private yoga instruction can help you perfect the basics or expand and deepen your yoga practice. These custom-tailored classes can include hands-on assists and one-on-one learning. Classes are 60 minutes long and can be paid for individually or as a package. Discounts are available for multi-class pack purchases!
