At Humbled Warriors Yoga, we strive to create a space for our students to connect to oneself mentally, physically, and spiritually. As teachers, we want to support and hold space for our students to experience Yoga.
In the true meaning of Yoga, creating the space for self-realization happens by forming a union with mind, body, and spirit. We are here to guide our students as they have their own experience of what Yoga brings to them.
Jamie and Stacey met in a yoga class over five years ago. Jamie was a yoga teacher, and Stacey was new to yoga. Jamie’s style of teaching resonated with Stacey, and she began taking all of Jamie’s classes. Over the years a teacher-student bond was formed and turned into a close friendship.
One day Alex, Stacey’s husband, threw out the idea of the two opening a yoga studio together. Of course, they laughed it off at first. But…
… the idea kept coming back to them. Conversations of dreams turned into reality and Humbled Warriors Yoga studio was born.
Owning a yoga studio wasn’t a life long dream for Stacey or Jamie. But, both Stacey and Jamie’s lives have been forever changed by the transformative power of yoga. Because of this power, they feel a calling to share their love of yoga with family, friends, and community.
