A creative and dynamic form of yoga that uses breath to link physical yoga postures. Each class is different and postures are sequenced in a way to help increase flexibility, strengthen and tone muscles, and allow you to tune in to your body’s own rhythm. Variations on the Sun Salutation are often used as a warm-up followed by a standing sequence, balancing poses, seated poses, and a nice, juicy Savasana (relaxation pose). This class builds strength, endurance, and a strong focus. Modifications are offered for those just starting out.

All levels are welcome; please let the instructor know if you are new to Yoga.
