*Slow Burn 🔥
Get ready to experience the ultimate detox with our Slow Burn Vinyasa Flow class! This class combines the mindful pace of a slow burn with the dynamic movement of vinyasa flow, all in a warm environment to enhance your practice. Emphasizing safe alignment, balance, and breath, this slower-paced class holds postures for 2-4 breath cycles, allowing you to connect, notice, and align. The static holds throughout the session build strength, stability, and posture integrity while enhancing mindfulness and breath awareness. Join us for a transformative experience that will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and rejuvenated.
Vinyasa Flow
Experience an imaginative and lively style of yoga where breath weaves together physical yoga postures seamlessly. Each class offers a unique sequence designed to enhance flexibility, build and tone muscles, and attune you to your body’s natural flow. Typically, we start with variations of the Sun Salutation for a warm-up, followed by a series of standing poses, balance postures, seated poses, and a deeply relaxing Savasana.
This class fosters strength, endurance, and a sharp sense of concentration. We’re here to provide modifications for those beginning their yoga journey. Please let the instructor know if you are new to yoga.
Vibe & Vinyasa
End your week on a high note with our Vibe + Vinyasa Flow! This class is all about embracing the joy of movement while flowing through creative, feel-good sequences. You’ll transition smoothly from one posture to the next, letting go of the week’s stress and finding a sense of balance and peace. Perfect for all levels, this class blends dynamic vinyasa flow with mindful elements that will leave you feeling refreshed, uplifted, and ready to enjoy your weekend. Come with a smile, and get ready to flow into the weekend with ease!
Flow & Glow
Flow gracefully through an energizing and dynamic sequence designed to enhance mindfulness and body consciousness at a revitalizing rhythm. This class combines yoga poses into sequences that promote strength and flexibility, enhance balance, and test your coordination through lively movement. As you journey through this fun and invigorating practice, you’ll discover inner liberation. The class wraps up with a soothing Yin pose and a satisfying Savasana.
Power Flow
Dive into an intermediate/advanced Vinyasa-style class characterized by clever and deliberate sequencing that enables the seamless union of breath and movement, creating a comprehensive yoga journey. Elevate your practice as you receive guidance on arm balances, backbends, inversions, and inventive transitions. Anticipate a dynamic, continuous flow with an emphasis on strength-building throughout the session.
Express Power Flow
Join us for an invigorating early morning Vinyasa-style class lasting 45 minutes. We kick things off with sun salutations before transitioning into an imaginative vinyasa flow. Prepare for dynamic, uninterrupted sequences that focus on enhancing strength and providing guidance towards arm balances and inversions.
Yoga Strong
A well-rounded experience of integrating the whole, this practice invites you to stoke the inner fire known as “agni” and expand your capacity for self-awareness. Class begins by connecting to your breath and building heat through sun-salutations, then shifts as you move through active, creative sequencing and juicy holds designed to strengthen the major muscle groups while releasing tension in your body. This class often incorporates instruction toward arm balances and inversions and concludes with a delightful Yin posture and Savasana.
*Yoga Nidra & Vibrational Sound Bath
In a relaxing environment, you will be guided through a sequence of gentle somatic movements to release tension and prepare the body for deep rest. You will then find a comfortable position, giving yourself permission to completely let go and relax your body and mind with awareness.
The practice of Yoga Nidra, accompanied by a vibrational sound bath, will support your transition from doing to being, from effort to ease. Guided imagery will allow you to move into a hypnogogic state – the natural state experienced just before going to sleep. Healing frequencies from the symphonic gong, alchemy crystal bowl, wave, & shamanic drum will be woven together, creating a kaleidoscope of meditative sounds.
*Deep Stretch & Flow
Kickstart your Saturday morning by harmonizing breath, body, and mind, nurturing a deep connection within yourself. Start by gently warming up and generating some heat through a grounded flow and Sun Salutations, then transition into a flowing sequence crafted to expand and rejuvenate your body. The session concludes with a juicy Yin pose and a tranquil Savasana. 🌞🧘♀️🌟 This practice will help to create ease in the body and is a great option for runners, cyclists, or anyone dealing with muscle tightness or tension.
*Root
Introducing our “Root” class: a welcome haven for yoga newcomers and those eager to cultivate a sold base in postural alignment and mindful breathing. In this class, you’ll not only learn the poses but also how to harmonize them with your own breath. There’s no requirement for prior strength or flexibility; these attributes will naturally develop as you commit to your practice. Immerse yourself in deepening your breath, connecting with inner resilience, and nurturing the intricate bond between your mind and body. Additionally, these foundation-level sessions impart a vital skill for every yogi: the art of modifying poses to suit individual needs.
*Yin
Yin yoga offers a serene and meditative experience, characterized by extended, profound holds in passive poses. Through mindful muscle relaxation, Yin postures specifically address the connective tissue, nurturing joints, ligaments, and fascia, and promoting the harmonious flow of chi (energy). The Yin practice serves as an excellent complement to more dynamic yoga routines or activities like running, cycling, HIIT, and hiking.

Treat yourself to a deeply nourishing experience with the unique fusion of Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing. Discover the grounding benefits of rest through this highly effective yoga practice, featuring postures designed to gently rejuvenate both body and mind.
Our class commences with pranayama (breathwork) and gentle movements to prepare the body. The majority of the session is dedicated to profoundly restorative postures that reset the parasympathetic nervous system, release layers of tension, and invite a profound inner journey for your entire being.
