CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
*Yoga for Back Care
This class focuses on postures and techniques designed to prevent and manage back pain and enhance the health of your back and spine. You will learn to relieve tension in the back body, from the neck to the sacrum, while strengthening your core to support proper alignment. This class is designed to be therapeutic in nature, and is appropriate for all levels.
*Yin
Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice with long, deep holding of passive poses. Using mindful muscle relaxation, yin postures target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments, and fascia promoting the healthy flow of chi (energy). The Yin practice is a wonderful compliment to more vigorous yoga practices or activities such as running, cycling, and hiking. This practice is suitable and encouraged for all levels of practitioners.
All levels flow
An all-levels creative Vinyasa class that is suitable for new as well as experienced practitioners. A Vinyasa style class links breath with movement. We will flow from one pose to another in sequence as we connect to our pranayama (breath). This class mixes Vinyasa flow with Pranayama and Meditation. A unique class each time! Open to all levels of experience.
Align & flow
A class to connect to principles of alignment, fine-tuning the asana positions and maintaining those principles as we flow through challenging and creative sequences. When we align the body correctly we help increase the flow of energy throughout the pose.
*Gentle
This class is suited for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. It focuses on meditative movements to promote physical and emotional tranquility. This class will incorporate props and breathing exercises to soothe the body and quiet the mind.
Power Flow
An intermediate/advanced Vinyasa style class composed of intelligent and thoughtful sequencing that will allow you to connect breath with movement for a well-rounded Yoga experience. Take your practice to the next level with instruction towards various arm balances, backbends, inversions, and creative transitions.

Express power flow
An early morning powerful Vinyasa style 45-minute class that begins with sun salutations, leading into a creative vinyasa flow. ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME BUT THIS IS A FAST-PACED CLASS. Expect dynamic movement with continuous flow and strengthening.
Move & Meditate
Combine intention, mindful movement, and breath and body consciousness. Balance excessive and deficient energy by centering the mind and connecting to your Spirit. In this class you will experience pranayama, asana, & guided meditation, gain an understanding of the chakra system, and find balance physically as well as energetically.

Vin to yin
This class will begin with a powerful Vinyasa style practice allowing students to connect breath with creative sequences. The second half of the class will focus on Yin postures that are held longer to stretch the connective tissues and helping us to relax into the deepest layers of the body. You will be sure to leave feeling calm, peaceful and balanced after this practice.
*Yoga foundations
This is a safe space for students who are brand new to Yoga, as well as those who want to grow their practice from a strong foundation of postural alignment & skillful breathing. Strength & flexibility are not required and will be gained through regular attendance. Deepen your breath, tap into inner strength, and become more aware of the relationship between your mind and body. Special attention is paid to learning alignment principles so students can progress safely to intermediate classes. Foundation level classes also teach a need-to-know for all yogis — how to modify poses to fit individual needs.
An intermediate Vinyasa style class that begins with pranayama (breathwork) before moving into sun salutations, standing poses, floor work, and ending with a guided meditation. Students will learn how to link breath with movement to energize the body, relax the mind, and renew the spirit, getting you ready for the workweek.
*Slow Flow
Join us for a well-rounded experience of integrating the whole; this practice invites you to stoke the inner fire known as “agni” and expand your capacity for self-awareness. You will connect to your breath and build heat as you flow through creative sequencing and juicy holds designed to release tension in the entire body.
Little Warriors Yoga
K-3 Class: Moving in a playful and mindful way, this class gives your little Yogi an opportunity to build strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. Using music and games, this class is playful and fun! Your little Yogi can expect to practice Yoga poses, breathing, and mindfulness in each class. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses and games. Parents are encouraged to drop children off or watch from their car.
Pre-K Class: This active and playful yoga class for children ages 3-6 includes music, games, and stories along with yoga poses and breathing techniques. Your little yogi will learn independence, self-expression, sensory and motor development, and build social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Parents are encouraged to drop children off or watch from their car.
