Inspired Growth: A Sound Healing with Austin Shook

Experience the transformative power of sound healing on Sunday, Feb. 16th, from 5:00–6:30 pm. Allow yourself the gift of deep relaxation and self-discovery in this immersive journey led by Austin Shook.
This 90-minute experience begins with a gentle guided meditation and breathwork to prepare your body and mind. You’ll then be bathed in sounds from instruments of ancient cultures, creating deep peace and connection. These vibrations invite you to access parts of yourself often clouded by daily life, promoting relaxation, awareness, and the release of negative patterns.
Austin Shook is a natural healer whose heart-centered practice blends sound therapy and energy work to clear blockages and restore balance. As a Reiki Master, he uses the soothing tones of ancient instruments to create a peaceful environment that nurtures renewal and supports your highest potential.
Inner Guide Meditation Certification

This meditation training is for anyone wishing to deepen their personal meditation practice. This training is open to everyone interested to participate. For those that are certified yoga teachers, this training will teach you how to add meditation to your classes. All will leave knowing how to teach meditation.
This experience is designed to take you deeply into your own self study while teaching you to facilitate a strong a sacred container for others. As with all my offerings, there will be emphasis on development of connecting to your intuition and allowing that to guide you as opposed to going of off scripts and memorization when facilitating.

New Moon Solar Eclipse Ceremony

In a soothing environment, you will be guided through a short sequence of somatic movements to support unwinding and relaxation. Next, align your life force energy with the universal rhythm and uncover a new magnificence with kundalini breath-work.
All of this will allow you to settle into a state of deep restfulness for an immersive, meditative, one-hour vibrational sound bath. Pranayam Foundations Workshop

Breathe your own breath.
Pranayam is a yogic science and wisdom often thought of as breathwork. This workshop will expand reality both literally and figuratively. We explore yogic wisdom within pranayam, build step-by-step techniques from the ground up, and use it all in our powerful pranayam meditations.
Together we’ll create an experience of what a pranayam practice is truly about, and the subtleties and nuances that make it effective. Sharing these as they are passed down from person to person, like an aural history, is a precious gift that cannot be duplicated by reading or watching videos. My intention is that you feel empowered to practice, teach and share what we do together in your classes and with loved ones.
There will be breaks with refreshments provided to support you.

We are entering a time especially poised for deep listening, reflection, and guided, communal practice. Join us as we soothe the nervous system and shift with ease from summer to fall, from movement to stillness, from giving to receiving.
In Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science, this time is known as Vata season — where we are encouraged to seek comfort, warmth, and care. This class is designed specifically to help you recalibrate as the seasons shift and our time together will include mindful movement, intention-setting, breathwork, aromatherapy, and guided yoga nidra. Come prepared to get cozy!
Students will receive their own sample of our essential oil blend curated just for this evening and will be offered a chance to learn more about how essential oils can massively aid in helping us all through our own shifts as they come.
