6-Week Chair Yoga Series
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Each Week we will explore repeated movements to support upper and lower body strengthening followed by standing poses using the chair to help balance. We will end with gentle stretching on the mat, with the option to do stretches in the chair if you don’t wish to or are unable to get on the floor.

This fun, challenging sequence of arm balances is designed to teach you how to do arm balances with greater mindfulness and ease. Students often over-rely on force when working on these poses rather than learning to understand the essential actions and movements. Join Jamie for a fun afternoon of movement, breath work, and balancing on your hands. All levels are welcome!
