She taught yoga at the University of Hartford’s Community Dance Program, Artistic Motion School of Arts, Elevate Healing Arts in Connecticut, and currently at The Sacred Illumination Center of Winston-Salem and Humbled Warriors.

In her yoga class Deborah hopes to inspire and give joy, as well as provide a stabilizing element during these turbulent times. Deborah’s classes are influenced by her love for dance and astrology, her cueing intentional. Expect to start slowly, forging a connection to your body, aligning your chakras, and balancing your energies. Leave feeling both invigorated and relaxed!
