Gaining a perspective of life’s difficultiesand joys, and aligning with our soul’s purpose.

In 2015, Deborah received her 200 hour Yoga Certification from Ganesha Yoga in Greensboro, NC. She taught yoga at the University of Hartford’s Community Dance Program, Artistic Motion School of Arts, Elevate Healing Arts in Connecticut, and currently at The Sacred Illumination Center of Winston-Salem and Humbled Warriors.

In her yoga class Deborah hopes to inspire and give joy, as well as provide a stabilizing element during these turbulent times. Deborah’s classes are influenced by her love for dance and astrology, her cueing intentional. Expect to start slowly, forging a connection to your body, aligning your chakras, and balancing your energies. Leave feeling both invigorated and relaxed!
