Mittie began to cultivate her yoga practice at a young age alongside her mom. As she reached her teens, yoga served to help ease stress and promote physical wellbeing as well as increase strength and flexibility. Throughout early adulthood, Mitte relied on her practice to bring peace, growth, and inner spiritual development. However, after losing her father to lung cancer in 2014, she decided to further commit herself and pursue her 200-hour yoga certification in Costa Rica, deepening her love for the practice. Yoga allowed her to create a safe and loving space where she could heal.
Mittie loves to teach all levels and styles and focuses on creating classes that allow for the development of both mind and body. She strives to light, peace, and love to all that practice with her.
