Yoga has been a part of Brooke’s life for over 15 years, and her practice has helped her grow stronger, more flexible and fearless on and off the mat. Yoga inspires her to live each moment more mindfully. Brooke completed her first 200 hr Vinyasa Flow training in Myrtle Beach, SC with Yoga In Common and her second 200 hr advanced training with Triad Yoga in Greensboro, NC.
Brook teaches Vinyasa Flow classes with an Ashtanga infusion–a contemporary style of yoga, focusing on building strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance by moving from one pose to the other using the breath. She loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help her students deepen their practice. She likes to enhance the room with candle lights and energetic scents by a colorful diffuser. She also loves to design fun playlists for her students and offer cold essential towels or a “touch “of Lavender during Svanasana to help her students feel refreshed, nourished and balanced.
