Andrea Bair

Yoga Teacher

Andrea attended her first yoga class in 2005, but since 2018 has been fully immersed in her practice. Her yoga practice has strengthened her physically, mentally, and emotionally, and helped her through some of the most difficult times of her life.

She received her 200-hour RYT certification in September, 2019 and started teaching immediately after graduation. Andrea says that Yoga is her greatest passion and her absolute favorite thing to do. She holds a deep respect and appreciation for all styles of yoga.

Yoga has helped her to overcome many personal tragedies and obstacles in her life. It is such a transformative, time-honored practice that brings immense benefits in mind, body, and spirit. It makes her a better person and helps her tremendously in her quest to become the best version of herself.

Teaching yoga gives Andrea the opportunity to connect with others and make a positive difference in people’s lives. It’s among the most rewarding and meaningful experiences of her life. ♥
